United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO
Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses at this

Substitution
Policy:
In
order to get your delivery there on time, we adhere to
the following policies.
- If
we are temporarily out of a particular product,
i.e. a specific basket, basket component, etc.,
our associates may substitute a similar product of
equal or greater value.
- We
select the most creative associates to be on our
team who professionally recreate our designs based
on their creative interpretation. The presentation
of our baskets on the website will be recreated to
closely resemble the pictured basket.
- Items
containing chocolate that are shipped between May and September
will be substituted with a non-chocolate product
of equal or greater value.
Shipping
Policies Regarding Businesses, Hospitals, and Hotels:
If
you are sending a package to a business, hospital, or
hotel, please be aware that the delivery driver may
deliver the product to a shipping and receiving
department or reception desk. Warm Sentiments advises
customer to clearly denote an Attention note for order
of this nature. Additionally, please let your
recipient or someone else know that they should be
receiving a perishable package. Warm Sentiments is not
responsible if the recipient is unavailable to receive
the product or if the business/operation is closed for
the day.
Return
Policy:
Our
products are covered by our guarantee and will be
replaced if they arrive damaged.
Please contact our customer
service department. If you would like to
request a credit or replacement, you must contact us
within 10 days of the delivery date. If your
order is refused or returned to sender for any reason,
refunds will be only for the product price and will
not include shipping.
Other
Shipping Policies:
All of our gift baskets are assembled to order to
maintain freshness. Gift basket orders placed
Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM EST may be processed and shipped
the next business day. Orders placed
on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. UPS
shipping times are based on business days, not
including the day the package is shipped.
Fruit
orders placed after 1:00 PM EST may be shipped the
next business day. To
maintain the quality of the fruit gifts that we sell,
during the summer months we will not ship fruit gifts
over the weekend! Some orders may be held and
shipped on Monday.
To
maintain the quality of our cheesecake gifts, we do
not ship cheesecakes over the weekend!
Cheesecakes are shipped Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be shipped the
next business day.
All
cookie gifts are baked and packaged to order to
maintain freshness. Cookie gift basket and
bouquet orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may be
shipped the next business day.
Occasionally
it is necessary to ship orders containing more than
one item in separate packages and/or shipments.
Packages may arrive at different times.
